I donāt think you count.
But, if youāre on Xbox, hit me up. Iāve usually got a few level 100 friends online. Weāll group up and hook you up. It wonāt take too many minutes. Especially if you equip a cost free cool down item.

I donāt think itās too easy to master characters. Many of them still take a frustrating amount of time/grinding to accomplish. Now, this is coming from a mainly PvEāers point of view and someone who doesnāt have a lot of free time to play. From that standpoint, Iām glad for all of the lore changes. I only have two characters mastered and Iām CR 92. It still takes awhile, especially if youāre not always 100% focused on getting lore done because you just want to play for fun/only have the option of playing with randoms.
To answer the title, no, it isnāt. It was a silly chore before and for the most part had nothing to do with being able to play the character.
I have a very strong feeling now, that mastering a character, challenges and lore shouldnāt be considered a single entity.
I agree.
Some of the lore was just super grindy and had no challenge. If it wasnāt that they are tied to the XB1 achievements, I probably wouldnāt have done them all.
Despite some of the complaints, I loved the fact that Ernestās lore was so easy - I was working on Alaniās riptide for weeks so this was a nice change PLUS Iām not good at PVP so I hate the PVP ones as I know they will take me forever to get at the detriment of my team.
As for Master the characters, Iām going to say no. Not everyone has hours every day to work on leveling up the characters to Level 15 - if anything its a very time consuming process. Iāve only got 13/28 of them there. Will be doing all of them, but donāt foresee that being anytime soon.
i see
im on ps4 but thanks for the offer.
I can say at least for me that a good thing that came of this is not having a random playing a character they have no idea about and crippling the team. I think it did what it was supposed to do and encourage players to branch out to other characters and not just play OM all day. I think they were a little over the top bring down ones like Boldur but fair on a few others.
Yeah, the Plasma one is better cuz at first I didnāt even use that. Now I feel like Iām better with her because it forced me to try
Not really stealth. They said that they bumped it up, at the same time when they made the surrender exp changes
Oh okay. I think I was taking a break during that time, so I missed it
thanks.
Yeah, apparently I didnāt read everything carefully.
Do you get less if you surrender than if you donāt stick it out to the end?
Thanks.
Yep. Surrenderers get significantly lower, while winners of surrendered matches get compensated fairly. Since then, I must admit, Iāve noticed less surrenders. And why not? I only try to surrender if itās early on and I can tell itāll be a long battle Iāll slowly lose. Otherwise, lose fast and get exp, or win fast and get more exp or they surrender to give you more exp. Itās a smart mechanism
I whine like a mule when people call for surrender. Finish the game! and work on lore!
I dunno if it got easier. How much fun are you guys having doing, āThe Lifeguards Have Given Upā?
Now 25.
Still a pain in the ass.
I actually did it at 50. It was the most annoying lore I ever done, bar none.
Clearly the guy who made it didnāt test it for himself if that is something remotely feasible.
By the way, at one point, I think the requirement was 6 players -unless my eyes were failing me.
6 players at once⦠it makes you want to slit your wristsā¦
You plus three player characters, two of them Deande + clones.
fifteen minutes. Tops.
IT was never 6 players. It at one point included the Alani running in to her own stream, AND you could do it in the entrance room with your team at the beginning of a match where the cool down time was nearly instant.
