Yes it is also some rare spawns seem guaranteed again though upto you farm now while this event is on maybe notice the difference or notice no difference rng is still rng but I farmed the take down on m1 just to at least have the new weapons and stuff while I can farming all other stuff on m4 though road hog always spawns for me and his shotgun dropped once or twice after 20 or so runs before the event 50+ kills no shotgun
