Looks like a bug. Then again, just shoot at him? No one can heal him from there and he can’t even use his dash.
Anyone with a decent dash or jump like Benedict can get up there because you can use ISIC dash or Phoebe phase gate to blink up cliffs and pillars.
As long as they are within range.
And from the size of that pillar, it is well with-in range.
Yep, it’s legit. His Plasma dash gets him up there. I did that to get after a Benedict camping there.
Yeah is legit you can shoot him he got no where to hide and cant run without jumping down first.
