in case anybody was wondering and didn’t know, I’m pretty sure the 2nd vendor in new Haven starts opening after ‘hair of the dog’ . I spent all day vendor farming and as soon as I finished that mission it was open

To be clear, I don’t usually find this stuff just casually playing thru the story. I actively farm the vendors. I do almost no side missions, and use the crazy gear I find to push thru higher level enemies to catch up on levels. I’m usually still about 35 when I get to the vault
