I long ago decided to go (over)“watched pot” on it all and not actively hunt/expect things, which makes the find infinitely more satisfying: “Holy s***…!”
That said, finding a numbered Tina’s COM in the Town’s VM, or an OP8 Intense Injector (3.0). If the last is a surprise, I’m collecting specific non-RTI loot.

Sad lack-of-finds of the day - took out the Handsome Sorcerer on UVHM, and got… this:
