yeah, Juliet’s Dazzle went missing for me too, give me a heads up if you notice any change, i’m at work for long enough that i’ll be the last to know if something happens.

I too, redeemed the code (on Shift site) for the Juliet’s Dazzle but it did not show in game mailbox. The echo and trinket were there and I was able to accept them.
PS4 here. Trinkets and ECHO skins, no problem. Juliet, no show.
Another PS4 here. Redeemed the codes. Got the skin & trinket but no Juliet 
Same here on PS4, Juliet’s Dazzle has gone missing from my inbox.
I used the Borderlands VIP site to redeem the codes, and none of the rewards have shown up in my in-game mailbox, despite them showing up in my Rewards History.
In my experience there can be a day or so delay in recieving the items from website, and sometimes it’s immediate. If some time has passed and you still don’t get them it’ll require a support ticket.
On Xbox One I redeemed the code for the Juliet’s Dazzle right away on the website. It appeared immediately in my ingame mailbox but I did not pick it up. Now it is gone …
Pc here! Reedemed the legendary assault rifle… And it was a no Show got everything else tho… But still i cinda want the rifle, So please tag me if there is any news… thx <3
I’ve had this happen. Sigh. Why they care so much about people possibly getting multiple copies is beyond me (for the record, I didn’t even know you could, but wouldn’t have bothered anyway if I had).
On PC here. It shows up as redeemed on Shift site, VIP site, and in redeemed codes list in-game, but no “mail” that has it attached. Count me in the group.
EDIT: I tried again tonight, and the “email” was there…so I waltzed around Athenas with virtually non-stop shooting. It works well with damage perks.
I put in the code for the new Xmas rifle. Saw the email but did not open it because I wanted to open it with other character. When I switch to him the email was gone. So I can’t get that gun anymore and I can’t redeem a code twice. So what now gearbox?
Merged into the existing thread - see the posts ^^^ regarding the bug associated with the code. Not sure on what the resolution will be, but I’ll be keeping an eye for any official word tomorrow.
Juliet’s Dazzle was in my mail, disappeared and showed up again tonight.
I redeemed 3 prior to the ‘fix’ that removed them from everyone’s mail - just checked and was able to get another 1. However checking a second time did not yield additional guns for me, so it at a glance assists they were able to fix it to send out 1 more to everyone - please check your inboxes folks.

@PNellesen wasn’t sure if you had meant you wouldn’t have bothered getting multiple, or if you weren’t upset you missed it… Either way didn’t want to leave you out of you needed it.
