Here’s the exclusives so far, will edit as I go:

Penalties for leaving increased, and players will only get rewards when the see a game to the end/surrender. Quitting will result in an info/warning message.

8 characters will be getting Wound (66% of recieved healing) ability: WF scrap cannon by default, Cal by mutation
well deserved flak for ‘kill ambra’ challenges, major reduction of requirements from 25 to 5, assists will count.
Lore challenges are for teaching loops on characters or reinforcing lore.
PvP achievements not available in private matches to make them meaningful and not cheeseable.
3 lanes less satisfying matches, less interaction, but they may appear (in a long time)
Comparison between Paradise and Coldsnap difficulty in changing lanes, can be trivial if it’s too easy and therfore less strategy needed.
New modes faster paced, but more complex than Capture.

New missions shorter, twists on existing mission types.
No plans in short term for Platinum to be grindable. Marketplace suits MS/Sony. Credits might be used for more stuff. More free skins coming?
DLC missions much more lore-focussed, Ie more info on Reyna and the Rogues
Downloadable Soundtrack would be cool.
Demo mode request has been heard and they think it’s a neat idea. It’s complex due to MS/Sony but it’s good to know that it would be wanted.
Animated intro’s take a very long time, but they’d love to do more.
BL charcters in BB *probably not, but skins can break canon, so if it is going to happen, it’ll be through skins.
Deathmatch: many characters designed to work in other modes, are less effective in DM, so unlikely.
Legendaries: we avoid differences across modes, but if we were to approach this we’d make some new legendaries exclusive to each mode
minion damage buff? always being looked at, one thing being worked on is increasing IQ of sentry so that it gives better supporting fire when you retreat.
Eschelon map fixes- should see more play, but accept that communities have favourites, and they are happy for that to happen.
Playable Nova in a battlesuit?: No comment!
more data (e.g. shield regen numbers) will be in HUD. No plans to have health bars stationary.
MM trying to make distinction between casual/hardcore. slower queues for hardcore, quicker queues for more casual
more community challenge events (cf Beta) are desirable, would like to do more
more charcter dialogue to come.
Toby’s Doublekill challenge requirement will be reduced to 1. retroactively applied.
