my go to was the shield that recharges instantly if it goes down once every 20 seconds.

Yeah, I managed to beat him on normal, but only because I explored Athenas first, then tried him again at a higher level… On TVHM, though, he’s pretty impossible due to the enemy scalling.

If I ever get this 100% resistance to shock shield that people are mentioning, I might try him again, when I’m bored.

I wonder if Zane has actually a disadvantage. I hear several of my fellow BL buddies that they are having a hard time with Zane but a much easier time with the other three, especially Fl4k. Fl4k seems to be overpowered yes?

Yes, FL4K has a lot of powerful tool, like being able to crit when hitting anywhere on a target and the pets as well.

I’m actually planning to play FL4K next and try a shotgun build, just to see how much damage I can pull with a single shot.

Yeah I had a super hard time with Zane. I had to level to 17 as well, get some better gear and respec more defensive to beat him. I think without having the gun damage perks at that low level, you really gotta get a great gun to get through it.

Yeah, shotguns are amazing in this game, especially the Torgue ones, even though they nerfed it recently.

Love me some Torgue weapons in this game, GBX absolutely improved them to the point of them being in my regular rotation. I just hope they revive the KerBlaster. LOL

Yeah, that shotgun was pretty fun in BL2. Hopefully they’ll add it through DLC later… They already brought the Conference Call back, so they might as well bring it back too :yum:

The Hellwalker Shotgun, reference to Doom, is my absolute favorite shotgun. Does insane damage for a double barrel, even from a long distance.

Does it have an specific spot that you can farm it, or it can drop from anywhere?

I wish I could tell you. I don’t even remember where mine dropped. I just got it today, running different bosses. We were speed farming, so I didnt pay attention to what I picked up.

But I believe it drops from tyreen(destroyer), chupacabratch and graveward.

Zane’s shield ability is literally not even working and some snowflakes telling op to get good. Really.

Goodluck! And, like others have said, try for the Transformer Shield. Makes KV a lot easier.
