I have this item too. I interpreted it as damage transfer from a hit target with a skill to other players closeby (like how Miko can make poison spread to other players with one of the helix perks). If this is the case it would be hugely effective on AOE spells since it will spread multiple times between enemies (if they’re inside of the AOE). But I have no idea, you might be right.

That one was actually a bugged piece of gear
It was supposed to be a purple. I think they had it removed because I don’t have mine in my inventory anymore and I know I didn’t sell it

Don’t remember the name but I got one from a jennerit pack that I use for Ambra:

10% heal power
4% attack damage
4% attack damage for 5 seconds after healing an ally (attack damage for you and the ally(ies))

Throw in the 16% debuff from sunspot damaging an enemy and it all adds up very nicely lol

Put it down between your allies and thrall with an aoe from thorn or Oscar Mike… The thrall literally melt lol
