It depends on who you play really. The majority of melee’s and defenders can use Alamo-7 without even thinking there is something better. Where as, Boldur and Montana would benefit the most from running the double damage reduction Legendary.
Or you end up playing someone like Orendi who would be insane with Barrowed time and Alamo if you could survive. Especially since her own legendary is a big troll.
