Alas, no. It would make getting second winds a lot more practicable if that were the case. I took a clip of Krieg grenade jumping, can upload it tomorrow… It’s still much harder than for his slimmer counterparts so I anticipate needing to find a better way of surviving those novas… Everyone says it’s an easy fight but I don’t always find it so. :fire: :biohazard:

I feel your pain - been there many times. What they really mean is that it’s an easy fight:

  • With the right gear
  • With the right build
  • With the right character
  • Once you’re learned the moves

Undoubtedly easy in comparison to the other raid bosses, but definitely not easy if you haven’t figured out all the details.

Couldn’t have said it better myself. I do find hyperious to be decently easy, seeing as how on my first attempt I almost soloed him.

What about pre sequel wiki? That one could use A LOT of work.

I started doing a bit on it, but there’s so much missing content it’s hard to know where to start. If there’s something you feel is badly needed, let me know.

Yeah everything is needed there. First this:

its missing a lot of gear and it should be formated like BL2 one:

Imo formating on tps special wep effects should be done first. Then missing stuff should be added. After that comes the correct info for gear.

Spotted another error on the Relics page (and yes, I was looking at randomised pages on the wiki to avoid writing my thesis). http://borderlands.wikia.com/wiki/Relic

Under the section Unique/Legendary/Seraph relics it says Blood of Terramorphus is fixed at 0.5% health regen. This isn’t true - and on the relic’s own wiki page it says it was changed in a patch.

Fixed. Now, back to your thesis! (Doctor’s Orders!)

Thanks Hattie, and thanks VH. :dukeaffirmative:

I WAS THERE WHEN WE GOT THAT RELIC!!! caps caps caps

Isn’t the highest regen 1% I’ve had a few never over 1%.

I think the one we got was 1.6%. Hattie should be the one to confirm; I didn’t pick it up.

Haha yes, go team! It was indeed 1.6%, though I can’t say if it could be higher.

Query about Mr Krieg’s Buzz Axe Rampage… I don’t know the answer to this, but the wiki says two different things.

Does Embrace the Pain (and Elemental Elation) raise the fire rate for thrown axes?

It says on this page that they do (‘Notes’): http://borderlands.wikia.com/wiki/Buzz_Axe_Rampage
Elemental Elation page agrees with this
But on Embrace the Pain’s page - with a ‘citation needed’ - that’s not the case: http://borderlands.wikia.com/wiki/Embrace_the_Pain

Anyone know which is wrong? Would be good to find out as well as make sure the wiki is consistent!

Elemental Elation does, but I don’t know about Embrace the Pain. It’d be easy to check though.

Yes. I’ll test it this evening after my delicious vegetarian dinner. :spaghetti:

In the page for the Love Thumper, in the notes section, it is stated that the shield has the third highest roid damage behind the Hide and the Order but the shield with the second highest roid damage should be the Punchee, the Order coming fourth (the difference amongst them is really low but still is there).

There is also an imprecision in the statement that the Hide is at its best “Provided the body and battery are manufactured by Maliwan and the capacitor is manufactured by Hyperion.” when in reality every roid shield has its highest roid damage when all the parts are maliwan (I can’t understand why since roid shields are Bandit, anyway…).

It’s nothing important, I know. :sunglasses:

“Best” is rather subjective for something like this… it might be worth taking that line out entirely, or maybe linking to a shield part article so the reader can identify for him or herself what’s best in a shield? I, for example, don’t really use the roid function of that shield, and primarily use it for the spike and nova damage, in which case I would probably prefer all Maliwan parts (I haven’t actually done the math). If someone was more interested in the actual damage tanking capability, entirely different parts might be “best”.

“There is a 1/32 chance of any Rubi variation to be generated (i.e. slag elemental Evisceration Rubi). With 0-7 possible accessories and 4 possible elemental types: (1/8) X (1/4) = 3.125% or a 1 in 32 chance.”

This assumes there’s an equal chance of no accessory to each accessory, and this isn’t the case. In my testing there’s a 70-80% chance of “Miss Moxxi’s”, and all seven accessories have to come from the remaining 20-30%. This means your chance of a Slag Evisceration Rubi is probably a little under 1%. Does anyone have the exact numbers?

Here’s my testing chart, the number here is a bit high due to a terrible run at the start. From #25 onwards the % steadily declined from the mid 90’s to 80-ish, and all indications were that it would have decreased into the 70-80 range if I’d carried on… but after 5 hours I’d got my Slag Eviscerator so I very happily stopped!!

Here’s the Heart Breaker for comparison… I can’t see a reason it would be a different % from the Rubi?
