Not RIP, they will both remain top tier. Urad applies to every damage you do, and Consec Hits will never stop being really strong. They’re just getting less busted.

Even though I’m kinda pissed at urad nerf, cause urad was the only anoint with a risk/reward design.

haven’t touched the purple tree (used it on my test zane and don’t like that skill haha)

but probably will just increase my already insane survivability :rofl: (with drone and clone active i can’t die! haha)

Well, maybe true for uRad, though I don’t think it was that busted especially for having that “Risk/Reward” design as you say. But Consecutive Hits also, 200% is something you have to build up to, now it’s easier to get any other anointment that does even just 100%, like 100% ASE and it will be the same in power but you can use it easier on most characters.

But notice that purple tree FL4K Gravity Snare now, might really be worth using it now with 250% damage increase, lol… and 100% Critical Hit Damage increase on Rakk Attack, though I bet n2m anoint would still beat it, same for 125% crit on Zane Barrier even though I’ve been using the 70% a bit now with some of the top Jakobs weapons and it does work.

I’m also guessing they are taking into account the extra 7 skill points…

Kinda sad the least tedious way to play BL3 is to wait until all the drip-feed level caps come out. Making players farm right before level caps to artificially extend engagement sucks.

Also F to anyone who’s spent thousands of eridium on rerolls. I’ll be “syncing” my gear to save time.

Thank fork I have 17 diamond keys and know how to game the system to not spend them…

At least all the trial bosses will be dropping the gear they did during the events (*ahem monarch…)

:point_up_2: This. The thing with Urad is that there is a significant risk for the reward you get. I think reducing the radiation damage for Urad is pretty bunk, but my guess is that Urad builds will still work just fine, especially with 7 more skill points. Fl4k and Amara are probably the 2 most prominent Urad users, and both should benefit from a few more skill points. So maybe it will balance out?

I almost started back playing recently but something told me to wait a bit longer till this cycle of farm till I’m loaded up and then level cap raise or a trip to rebalance city. Glad I waited I just can’t farm the same gear repeatedly anymore, and I’m one that was once addicted to pearl farming in the original. I would think this will be the last cap raise for this games life cycle. May be back in the near future though for sure especially if I can play all the events when I like.

The crit damage after Rakk Attack anoint used to be a pretty terrible anoint. [Guide] Critical Hit Calculation. I don’t know whether they changed the way the crit damage from the anoint works or whether doubling the crit damage modifier will actually be helpful, but I kind of doubt it.

level 72 is an absolute joke. I’m done with this game. I have 32 level 65 characters with hundreds and hundreds of pieces of gear and thousands of hours of timing obtaining them and now they’re all useless. i hope this company fails miserably and dissolves.

imho the worst thing about the new patch…

most problems with level caps aren’t yet fixed (upgrading items → refarming and still no option to reset crew chalenges…)

Crew challenges still not reset with TVHM Reset ? I thought that was done ages ago.

eta, bet its still the same with those typhon caches too. (I dont think i have ever bothered getting them all when I originally found there would not reset with TVHM) !

they never even botherd keeping us in the loop :wink:

same with some quest rewards not able to roll anointments (like the 7th sense, they buffed it and i works now on M10… but because no anointment people won’t bother with it)

same for resetting your game, if you do… you’re forced to do the tutorial crap again (everything before getting sanctuary) while you can start a new character skipping just that.

WOW on the no skip on reset… I admit I only played TVHM once over a year ago. I know they introduced skipping intro on new game, but that is seriously bad.

BL3 - Planned Obsolescence Edition.

I played BL2 for years, absolute years. And if not for finding a HUD Scale fix Mod, this game would still be collecting dust.

Woeful.

IMAGINE farming perfect items again considering drop rates are now terrible and also getting perfect variant is quite the challenge itself but yeah i dont see point in making level higher myself but i dont play as much now as gave up farming ages ago to keep up with “best legit gear” as its too much hassle and waste of time.
