No he doesn’t that was a world drop he drops the freeman. Katagawa jr drops the conference call
I started to wounder about some legends and how the game gos about them because i found a blue with the same stats name and item score as a legend lol

Um no? The shield is because it’s Hyperion. When you ads it projects the shield. The shield you’re getting when crouching is an artifact thing.
It’s more like a real shield thing, not the artefact

i get it in the droughts area. can’t remember which enemy it is. but i think it is just before you enter lavender crawly.
