1000 cuts is pretty easy way to farm OP8
Midgets, i got 5 in 30 mins last night before i logged off.
Wish i could farm preserve though , i went past the checkpoint but i dont want to reset my ultimate progress until everything is done.

Does making the game 4 player when solo help spawn more midgets or is that only for tubbies?

What do you mean you “went past the checkpoint”? You can farm LLMs in WEP as long as doctor’s orders is active and you don’t pick up the echoes.

Yeah thats what i mean, I did it and forgot that it stops midgets spawning

Is it safe to pick up the 10 slag samples though?
When I did I got 3 LLM instead of the usual 4, so had to dashboard.

It’s recommended so the Creature Slaughter Dome entrance functions properly.

The slag samples are part of a different mission and have no effect over the loot midgets spawning. A few people have said that it has an effect on whether or not you can respawn outside the NSA later on, but I haven’t had a chance to test this out yet though.
