I use most of the diddle tree, legendary gunzerker class mod, bone of the ancients for cooldown rate for just that.

Oh no, trust me on this - that’s actually pretty tame… I have seen much worse on student papers!

Any build using the Legendary Gunzerker COM will give you that, but Sljm’s build is the best possible distillation IMO
