I know this is old and I’m late as usual. I like the point distribution except for one change. I would move points from High Noon and put them in Hell’s come’in with me. That would be my only change to this as I feel the high noon is one of Nisha’s “garbage skills”. Never saw the benefit while spec’d into it. Maybe that’s because Tombstone kills everything after a kill anyways. 
Not that it’s better than Hell’s, but why do you think High Noon is “garbage”? Tombstone is only as strong as the damage it procs off of.
sorry @khimerakiller currently at home now so i am doing this from my phone. it is unnoticeable imo. and what i mean about Tombstone is, once a kill is made Tombstone will take care of the rest. tombstone can make almost any weapon great. i say almost because i may be taken literally and someone might mention a level 5 White rarity weapon to appose or debunk my statement. i mean this to be within reason. of course this is just my opinion. i base it off of in game experience. high noon wasnt missed when i spec’d out of it. the gains received from Hell’s vs High Noon was noticeable and that is where my opinion stems from.
Edit: garbage may have been a little severe now that i think about it. lol 
That’s just a placebo and a lack a visual/audio indicator. Oh and you’re comparing it to one of her best skills. Its like saying Trick Shot is trash because its on the same tier as Tombstone.

i suggested to move the points from High Noon to Hell’s CwM. thus the comparison. Otherwise, agreed.
