Loose of VIP data after password guide not working and changed password and now telling me that I don’t have a platform to input Golden key codes

My password for gearbox site quit working so changed password and now all previous data on VIP is gone and can’t input Golden key codes. What is going on with the web site

Not sure if the VIP site account password is the same as your shift account password - if they are separate, you might have changed only one and not the other? Best bet would be to file a support ticket for assistance. It might be a good idea to include the site urls you’re trying to use just so it’s clear which account(s) are affected.
