I wish that Proving Grounds and Circles of Slaughter (excluding SS) were more rewarding. If grinding is the name of the game, give me more ways to do it effectively. If I want to be rewarded more with a short amount of time, Graveward is hands down my go-to.
I like to also run Slaughter Shaft but I get so much less rewards than Graveward but I do it because it breaks up the monotony.
Oh, and can we talk about that garbage chest at the end of Proving Grounds? I would rather open 4 eridian white chests than that thing. Make it have higher chances for annointed and legendary and I will more than consider running Proving Grounds more often.

It is sad when people have to resort to ebay to find the gear they want… I’ve always loved the fact the Gearbox has not added micro transactions, however it is negated by the loot drops and having to use ebay.

Oooo I have been stuck just using a hot drop loaded dice because I can’t get artifacts to drop.
So much salt, so little substance.
If you feel you have a legitimate concern and want to present it in a constructive fashion, then use data and not hyperbole.
When you say basically that “GBX didn’t change no drop rates they just lied in the patch notes!!1! Hurr Durr”
You’re destroying any chance that your thread will be taken seriously by anyone outside of the “circle of saltiness” types here on the forums.
Why? First off, you’re insulting the people who did the work by calling them liars. If I went to your work, said you never worked, then demanded you be fired, would that get you mad?
Second, you have no actual data to back up your claim. You don’t have to have videos recording every single time you downed a boss, but if you wanted to be taken seriously, you’d at least have tracked what did drop and present that data.
So basically all the claims in this thread are anecdotal, and useless from a numbers perspective.
Third, presentation and perception are important, so when you presented your story of how you didn’t get what you wanted, did you do it with fairness towards the people you are demanding to give you more of their time, at the holidays?
That presentation and perception are going to be why this thread of salt doesn’t get looked at past a once-over by a community manager.
You’re being rude to the people you’re asking to do work, no different to treating any other person poorly because of your sense of entitlement.
You’ve brought no actual data.
So what do you want them to do? Use a magic eight ball to figure out which boss you feel isn’t dropping enough loot for you and make it give it to you?
When you want something actually changed, bring data, present it courteously, and accept that you’re answer may be silence, because gearbox doesn’t have thousands of employees or unlimited resources.

Thanks for all the great feedback, I was going a little crazy after farming for 6 hours that maybe it was just me. Like everyone else I just want to be able to put together a good load out to play and have fun. I don’t want to farm all day , I want to play content which this game makes me farm gear just to play content. Give me the drop rate so I can play the content instead of farming

So everyone on here can see my comments back to our great give me data" j0ffu77". I have played many hours for a very long time which I need no data on asking the what drop rate are you seeing since it looks to me that I not seeing anything different from before. I farmed the past 2 nights for 2 items , first item was a Cutsman from Borman Nates which I started at 4 in the afternoon save and quit the game going to his spot. I did this for about 8 hours which I didn’t get one Cutsman to drop, then you will ask what mode did you do it on. Answer I did all of them on TVHM - M1, M2, M3, M4 just to see if anything would change = nothing. What started as a fun let us get the Cutsman turned into the long night of nothing. Now let go to last nights farm for deathless artifact equals 6 hours of farming the Phoenix with 4 deathless drops so you tell me do I see anything different , NOPE same BS just a different day.
I have a couple Deathless artifacts. Are you on PS4?

It is easy, but you are still at the mercy of RNG. I refuse to farm a rare spawn unless its a dedicated drop. I have found like 7 cutsman just this week from farming Graveward.
Spike if you need a cutsman let me know, I am on Xbox.

Nobody presented any actual data, this is just a collection of anecdotes. I recommend you learn the difference between anecdotal information and data.
Most of the names on here are the same people making the same comments in other threads.
Forums aren’t a good representation of the people actually playing a game, mainly because you don’t need to own the game to make an account here. Also the people playing the game, are playing the game, not sitting around on forums feeding their circle of saltiness

My biggest gripe is not in the ledendary drop rate… it is in the scarce amount of those that are anointed when playing strickly M4, and the difficulty in finding variations of the same weapon with different anointments and stats… This applies to both world and dedicated drops…
No one playing M4 24/7 wants 95% non-anointed legendaries…

Will do, it will be a couple hours, at work plus long drive home. Anything you are looking for? I seem to have great luck with annointed phasegrasp weapons lately and I run phaseslam

Drop rates are fine, anointed rate could really use a boost.
This would help a ton with rare spawns since the chances of getting the actual dedicated drop is low, but getting it anointed, too? It is a daunting, time-consuming task.
