Loot Tinks: What's up with them?

Hi there!
Hey what’s up with Loot Tinks?, have they had a massive buff in a patch or something?

I brought a new copy of Borderlands 3 for my PS4 and started playing, and I’ve just been blown away by how frequently I see Loot Tinks, and I’m talking about a complete new game, I’m still in normal mode and even around level 3 everywhere I went to in the Droughts and Ascension Bluff I’m encountering lots of these little buggers

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining ok, I’m loving it!! they are just what I need to level up , and it’s been so awesome to see them, especially so early on in the game

Gearbox has been mighty generous lately with the loot and events, so I’m wondering if the Loot Tinks are a nice gift from Gearbox to us, or is my game jinxed?

Oh wow, I didn’t even know that was going on
That is so freaking cool of Gearbox to do that for us

Hey does “Loot monsters” mean Loot Tinks?

Pretty sure (and Chubby enemies are crawling around a lot more too).
