Uhhh… Pretty sure legendaries can only come out of Faction, Epic, and Legendary loot packs (Factions have a tiny chance to drop one of the faction specific pieces; Epic has a chance to upgrade the epic drop to a legendary from any of the loot packs; Legendary has 1 guaranteed and I think a chance for a 2nd from any of the loot packs) and I have never seen or heard about any of those dropping.
Maybe you got it right after a Renegade run when you bought a Faction/Epic pack?

Still, Shadoculars. Do we really count those as a real legendary?
I’ve been getting at least one Legendary per run, sometimes I have a run without any Legendaries, but more often than not I’ve been getting them.
My drop chances are OKAY. Im not guarnteed a legendary, but i have gotten a few here and there. I’ve also had decent luck on the Sabetour. I even managed to get o’l Foreman Grall to pass up those Boots of the Brute! 
I wish i’d’ve gotten the Chrono Key, Alamo-7, or Oath of the Sustained by now.
What does oath of the sustained do? I’ve heard of this one a lot but I’ve never seen it
7 hp/sec, 9.8% healing received, and 8.4% of damage dealt is given to allies as healing.

Finally got some luck with some runs last night. We got Vyn’s Quiver twice doing The Sentinel twice in a row. My first drop had pretty good, but not max, stats (the overall drop rate is still disappointing, but this is enough to make me feel like the weekend was worth it loot-wise. Been trying to get Vyn’s for months.) All but one other quiver had stats on the low side though. Got a symbiotic gauntlet in one of those runs, and the shock pad (can’t remember the name) from Hyllis in another. No max rolls on any of those.
I bought 20 Jennerit packs because I’m looking for a couple of greens. 18 packs in a row with no skins or taunts. Between the last two I get one of each. And zero of the item types I want. Fickle indeed.
I think it’s down to 2.8% life steal.
Its still enough to get you healer assists which is all I want from mine lol. But I prefer the Vidranium Root Tea (sp?) for regen.

This seems as good a place as any to post this:
My drop rates still aren’t any better than they’d been, but I am finally getting drops that I’ve been farming for for many, many moons. The two Vyn’s Quivers I mentioned earlier in this post, and now, finally, a Stolen Edge of Arcvynnor! (I think it was a pretty good roll, too. Though I’m not sure what the max possible stats are.)
Coincidence? Probably. Giving me the warm and fuzzies? Hell yes!
Now I just need to farm The Renegade and Saboteur.

The loot is FLOWING!
Even average missions at least get an Epic and I just ran the Saboteur and Algorithm and wound up with 4 Legendaries.
@JoeKGBX Please tell the folks thanks for the tweaks!!. Since it seems to be working now on the PC as intended…perhaps you might want to extend the even a bit…or heck…do it again next week!
They just need to make it a monthly event. I have seen so many more players in stories than I have in the past month. Its a great way to put some life into an otherwise overlooked and forgotten mode of their game.
And that’s coming from someone who did not have the greatest success with this event. I finally got a couple pieces that I really needed, but it’s not like I was trying to collect every piece this weekend. Let the event die tomorrow, let everyone calm down and do their own thing for a few weeks, then bring it back!
I got 7.47, 8.35, 1.49. So, I’m definitely happy with that roll.

For whatever reason, RNG was Super streaky for me.
I was running sentinel for either Vyns Quiver or Symb. Gauntlet. First 8 or 9 runs, nothing. Then I got both in a single run, plus the crit legendary from the sentinel.
RNG is a strange thing.
