Lore gear not awarded after July 2016 update

After today’s update many characters got new or reduced requirements for their lore challenges for their legendary gear. I just played as one of those characters who now has all lore challenges done for my profile since they were just high enough to have hit the new requirement but not the old and while I got the achieving for doing all the challenges I never got the actual gear. So don’t play those characters of there’s a fix for this. Just a friendly warning so others don’t get into my situation.

Go here to get them back. Make sure You have screenshots of the lore completion page and inventory showing it doesn’t exist hen you submit the request. They just asked me to provide it to them so I’m sure they’ll ask you.

I’m having the same issue along with being unable to get my master of Galilea title and skin

Likewise. My gali had enough ambra kills but i didn’t get her legendary gear or skin since she was level 15.Master of galilea eludes me again

Just one quick question. Where all of you rank 15 with Galilea at the time completing your lore challenges? I had a friend who was rank 15 with her, got the Ambra kills to complete all her lore challenges, but didn’t get his skin/legendary. That might have something to do with it, as I was rank 10 when I finished all her lore challenges today and was able to get her Legendary.

I have the same with Alani. Finally I don’t have to kill Ambra so I can master my Alani… But nothing. I played the match you have to play when you’ve completed the lore, but no master. The update’s great, but not perfect unfortunately. Please fix it Gearbox!

Me and a friend of mine have the same problem. He was rank 15 with his Galilea and didn’t get his Legendary and I didn’t get my Legendarys for either my Alani rank 15 or my Thorn rank 9 just because the Lores were completed due to the patch.

It doesn’t matter what level you are, if you are having issues with the gear being awarded it is happening on all characters at all levels. I have 9 that wont give the gear since the latest patch and each are varying levels from 8 - 15. There are several threads about this on the forum and I know myself and others have been sending in tickets requesting a fix

I couldn’t find another thread about this. I searched several ways and couldn’t find any. It’s stop bad so many are having this issue.

Of you go to this link they should be able to help you. Make sure you include a screenshot of the lore challenges and inventory showing you don’t have it.

Lol I hadn’t played in a while because I was away, now I come back and I have like 3 new lores completed because of the lower requirements… but no steam achievements/legendary items. Sad face.

It worked fine for me on the PS4. I got both Ambra’s and Isic’s items after I played a public Incursion with them on the new map.

Just play a match. You will get it when the match is over. Got 5 characters taunts/achievements gear at once. 1 gear/1achievement/3 taunts

the gear for me isn’t being awarded after any match is it for you? I’ve played about 3 so far as each character.

Mine was only for oscar mike. Since he was the only one who was 1 away from getting it 4/5 with montana. Played one match and got the gear for him. As well as taunts for montana/thorn/1 other char that escapes me atm.
