Good morning, I have a minor problem. (Well… it’s kinda multiple problems rolled into one)

I preloaded the game. Everything was perfect. I start up the game. Start as Moze. Play for several hours on my laptop. Check the mail and get all my preorder goodies. Finally come home to boot up on my desktop and play with a friend who had to get some sleep. My desktop doesn’t have my Moze. I figure… that sucks… maybe the two systems will not link up and I can have two separate runs on 2 pc’s. I play with him as Amara. We have a kick ass time. I load up on my laptop later. There is Amara. (Uh oh) There goes my level 11 Moze. (Its the beginning but I haven’t lost much so screw it) I restart Moze. Later, I go get to my mail again and get my preorder goodness again. Awesome. I finally get to Sanctuary III.

I realize I don’t have any golden keys.

I get that I have to start over. I can accept that. However, my golden keys should have stayed locked to my profile correct? I am not in a big rush to get those things back but it would be nice to get them back. I have not used them. I wasn’t even able to at the point I lost my original Moze. So, if you could, can I get them back please? I know that you are all busy with larger errors so I don’t expect to snap my fingers and have them back. I would like some form of “Hey. We see what happened. We are working on it.”

I greatly appreciate your help. The game is amazing and the humor is perfect. (And the dig’s on youtuber’s are not lost on me. That is funny as all getup.) Please have a wonderful day. You guys are awesome. (P.S. Please put Gaige in the DLC I beg of you)

I play through xbox, though I have a friend who has had a very similar issue on pc where they had 8 keys and leveled from 11 to nearly 18 and lost their levels and 6 keys. They tried to re enter the codes ( it said that the codes were un useable) and had no record of the levels. But had a record of two of the 8 keys. Not sure if this is a PC issue or what. I told them to submit a ticket as I know this was common with ps4.
