Loss of keys, character data, and unlocks

I lost my previous laptop that i had beaten the game tvvice on. Im fine vvith losing that character, but i can no longer use any of the keys or character skins/heads i had on my old account, nor can i unlock them for this computer. Is there anything I can do to resolve this or am i just sool?
