After latest update i lost all items, thus can’t play, Please fix!
Same here, logging in after Patch and all empty 
was fine for about 5 mins then it crashed, after logging back into the game i had lost all items and maurice has dissapeared.

Me three! I shutdown last night for bedtime. I started the game this morning, my backpack is completely empty. Not to be redundant, but WT???
Looks like Epic was rolling out the wrong patch - someone in the official release thread noted that their version number got down-graded. However, shortly after that was a note that Epic was now installing the correct patch and that everything was recovered. So, if you had this problem (1) check the version number of the game and (2) check for a new update.
just download patch. at fight with destroyer game crash. after reboot i loose all items (eq and inventory)
edit: just checked… all items in bank go to the hell too

New patch did not fix this.
Threads merged. @nomad78100 - did you have Epic’s cloud sync turned on or off? Might want to check if you have older .tmp versions of your files in the save games folder. If you had Windows incremental turned on, you could also right-click and see if there’s a version you can roll-back to.
New Patch fixed it. Thank you
