Lost all progress.. pls help

hello, so today I decided I want to switch PlayStation accounts, so I decided to unlink my shift account from my main PlayStation account and put it on my second PlayStation account, and of course I load up the game and saw my characters did not transfer, I was a little sad but decided it was okay, so I put my shift account back to my main account and when I load up all my characters are gone and all my progress is gone. I have 69% completion tropheys for PlayStation trophy’s and I have no character.

You’ll need to file a support ticket for assistance with this. You may be able to regain your save files if you had PS cloud saves enabled on the first account. Hopefully support can walk you through the needed steps.

I created a ticket yesterday, thank you
