Yesterday I was playing borderlands 3. I used a code for golden keys, I started at level 26 and made it to past level 30 I believe. I got quite a few guns, a shield, and a couple of grenade upgrades as well as some skins. I was having an issue completing the witches peat. The last generator would not turn on no matter what I did. I exited the game and came back in. All my progress was lost and I was sent back to level 26 losing hours of game play and all of my loot including the golden keys and my shift rewards. What can be done about this? Will this happen again?
