Can anyone tell me offhand if any legendary weapons with a splash radius of 0? The flipper I think is one, anything else?
Would that be splash weapons that won’t damage you if you shoot something directly in front of you? Believe Hellfire, Kaoson, and Boogeyman would fit in that category if so.
I wonder about the D.N.A.? I have seen it with ASE Splash but don’t recall it having Splash radius on the card.
Yeah that might be the real answer to original question. Flipper, DNA, and Cutsman all get +5 splash radius from their barrels and can all drop with splash anoints but don’t show any splash radius on the item card.
Thanks guys, there’s some shenanigans to be had with low level arms race artifacts, like mag size rolling in the negative. It leads single shot guns to have massive mags due to how intergers are coded.
So I’m gonna experiment with Negative AOE to see If it massively increases splash radius. Just do I can down my Mozes more often.

If you start an arms race character at level 13, low level artifacts can drop during arms race.
Because artifacts aren’t meant to drop before ~level 25 the RNG calculates their bonus stat rolls in the negative.
For mag size, this essentially makes the backpack total the same size as the weapons magazine, but only if the weapons mag size is 1. Nukem, Crossbow, One pump chump, Creamer all benefit from this. There’s probably others I’m forgetting.
I started thinking about other possible negative stat rolls and their potential effects.
I don’t think 0 splash radius will work due to how multiplying by zero works but a very small splash radius could work.
But perhaps one of the Crit Damage rolls will have some interesting results.

Those first ten could be interesting.
Shield recharge delay may be interesting if the negatives make it like instant reload like a cracked sash
That’d be pretty broken on a frozen heart, nova Berner or any of the amp shields.
Knew it wouldn’t take long. I just got a Minus reload speed death rattle levelling up a Moze to try it on.
