I just noticed that I have the “Master of Phoebe” title, and she’s not level 15. Nowhere near, in fact. I do, however, have all of her lore challenges complete. I’m not sure when I got the title, sorry!
Yeah, this is a known problem. Just enjoy, because it’ll probably be fixed in the next update.
