Yeah thats like a 400-500 damage burst every 3rd swing, hence why they equip attack speed. The weird thing is she can sprint while attacking, i dont know any other melee who can do this and it doesnt say anything on her profile. Additionally, she only does her spin/burst if she attacks while moving. This is… weird. If she holds still its just a slash/slash combo, much weaker, but if shes running and attacking she hurts a lot more. I’d like to see this reversed. If shes going to be gifted sprint melee, make it the weaker option. Standing still to spin to cleave waves, makes sense. Or make sprint melee a helix, like other classes. Or make her super combo a helix, like other classes, they helix in additional attacks. Gali feels like she has 3 free helix’s right now.
Maybe move the level 3 helix with something else, shes already got a comfy early game with her stun and lane clear. HP is pretty much half as important as shields so 300 shield and 1300hp isnt something to scoff at.
Wow I didn’t know that but it makes a lot of sense now, on a few occasions I was retreating from Galilea but she was still hitting me while chasing and I was like she doesn’t move that fast WTF. Ouch, sprint attacking is pretty harsh. And it’s always her spin attack as well!? Well aint that a kick in the nards, I hope something is done about that

every 3rd swing is a spin attack which strikes 4 times for half damage + shoots 5 energy blasts if available. I find it weird that a territorial would get that, sounds like a skirmisher thing.

my (real) beard is short u_u but i honestly like it that way, i cut it every day, if i had not, in 3 weeks i look like a zztop guy.
it’s not that nice to have so much beard, specially when good blades are $50 and they only last a week sharp.
anyway thanks for the compliment, ive been struggling with realistic cgi rendering lately.

Thanks for clarifying on the damage output and informing me about her sprint attack! I’ll still stick to Deande regardless, she’s by far my favourite and my best, and a little tip I find her to be one of the best Galilea counters only behind Benedict and probably Oscar Mike 
I hate shaving my beard, it only grows back and creates more problems, I occasionally shave the sides with electric clippers and go for the goatee look. Good razors are too expensive and as you said they don’t stay sharp for long.

Honestly a little bit of shield penetration would nullify it pretty quick, but cant ignore how effective the burst is just for ganking people, which is how shes often played. Plus it still makes her a MONSTER at killing mercs and super minions, so counters dont really ‘end’ the problem
Shield penetration would be great against Galilea, I’ve thought about it many times, but few players use it over damage or defensive buffs in their helix or their gear. Aside from fighting Galilea, shield penetration isn’t really that useful, most players will retreat for heals if their health is low instead of waiting for their shield to recharge then re-entering the fight. 300 shield isn’t really that strong, but when she can stun, pull, and silence, she can keep it up for long enough that when you do break it and chip away at her health you’ve already lost the fight.
I like the fact that Galilea has so much CC, and so she should, but that one skill that can turn her from the territorial brawler she is into the lead slayer that she’s commonly used as has got to go…

I thought of it a bit, and here’s an idea of some rearrangement.
1st ability: Shield Throw-Keep as is
2nd ability: Desecrate-turn into an ult, buff range, make modular through other helix abilities. Give 3 second startup, 1 minute duration, 2 minute cooldown. Make cancellable, and refund time left in ability. Helix upgrades: follows at 10th speed, or refunds extra 20% cooldown. Mutation: Make invisible. Everyone inside is invisible, even by radar.
Ult: Black glob: Remove completely. Replace with It’s Dangerous to go Alone. Make 2nd Ability. Number of charges equal to Corruption accumulated, cast beams with every sword swipe, removing a chunk of Corruption each swipe. Rename into Master Sword. Visual: Sword covered completely in black flame. Toggles on and off.
your inability to read, as well as your inability to figure out how to properly quote on a site that 12 year olds have no difficulty figuring out, is making your replies both hard to follow and unintelligent.
if you were killing galileas with deande, you were a more skilled player than the one using galilea. it is as simple as that. galilea easily kills within the stun time. all you have to do is land the stun before you die and you have won the 1v1. if you can’t land gali’s stun in this game, YOU SUCK. if that gali player did not stun you before you killed her on deande, then SHE SUCKS. why are you having so much trouble understanding this? all you have to do is land the stun while within melee range with proper gear equipped. that is all you have to do. we play the same game. i have played galilea. i had freaking green gear with secondary attack speed stats, and a one white gear with primary attack speed stat and killed within the stun. i could be one shot, but if i got the stun off the other player died and i did not. no matter how badly i got outplayed, if i just landed one incredibly easy to land skill, they died
I did say I was done here, but before I go here are two screenshots that show me as Deande against Galilea players. Was I just much better than them or were they bad players because I beat them? Or is it that unlike you I know how to play this game and I figured out ways to counter Galilea? Do you think that maybe Deande is actually a good counter character to Galilea and I’m just better with Deande than you?
Please don’t try to compare your own skill to mine when you have no proof and furthermore your insults aimed at my intelligence are made redundant by your incessant whinging about one character who you can’t beat yet many other players have no issue, it is your skill and intelligence that should come into question here. What a co-incidence that some of my better games as Deande were in games with Galilea players, eh? They must have been so bad the way they had a positive K:D, especially that one on my team who I matched for kills and had less deaths than. Enjoy and good day, this discussion is over.
this is not any kind of evidence of anything. you dropped a 2.0 in the first game??? do you want a cookie? almost their whole team went hella negative and you still died 8 times? and you had a galilea on your team supporting you in your push. the second team was clearly terrible. you may very well be a skilled player. i have never once tried to take that away from you. if you played against someone of your same skill level, the galilea would smoke your deande. idk why you’re having so much trouble understanding that. if the galilea did not land her stun against you, the player was not good. if the player did not kill you within the stun, the player was not good. why are you having so much trouble comprehending such simple stuff? that is why i keep bringing up your intelligence. every time i bring up a simple point, you counter it with crap like this that completely sidesteps the issue and is irrelevant to everything i am saying.
did you get stunned by the galilea? if the answer is no, then the galilea user sucked. did you get stunned but not die within the two seconds you got stunned? if the answer is yes, then the player using galiea sucks. you can say good day as many times as you want, but you haven’t made any points when you continually refuse to address or answer simple questions. you are free to leave any discussion anytime you want, but you are not going to tell me for a second when anything is done. you dont make any rules for me, young man. if you are juking the shield, then the galiea is ■■■■■■■■. if you are getting stunned and the galilea doesn’t have the right gear to kill you in two seconds, or stunned you from too far away, then the galilea sucks.
