Im max rank and completed lore…No black skin…why?

Its been over a day. Thought it might fix itself after I logout but it didnt, I even have his orange lore gear…Unless Im missing something entirely and just look dumb.
Did you play another game after getting him to level 15? That’s a requirement for the Master title and black/purple skin.
I believe so but im not sure ill try it.
