Matchmaking & Digital Deluxe issues

Hey guys,

I’ve got some issues with the game (title) which I can’t seem to fix myself.
First of all, I’ve been trying to get into a game since release but haven’t found a single person during matchmaking.
I’ve tried disabling firewall. I’m in Europe if that helps.
Secondly, I pre-ordered the digital deluxe edition, but the bonuses are not showing up. I pre ordered via steam
and the DD dlc says it’s installed, but I got nothing.
I’m kinda dissapointed, honestly. hopefully someone can help.
By the way, I’m on PC.

im having similar issues. only found 1 person in matchmaking for story. 1 full loby for pvp but no opponents. u might need to re instal to fix that digital deluxe issue though

Already tried reinstalling, still got the same issue

Me too no pre-order or deluxe bonus even season pass not unlocked

I’ve got same problems, matchmaking worked fine in beta for me but now it cant find anyone

Could we have a confirmation that there is eu matchmaking problems and that they should be fixed ?

I’m in NA and I can’t find any pvp matches

I’m in SE Asia and can’t find a single player in opposition team if I solo queue

I’m in Brazil and I can’t find any pvp matches too :unamused:
