After 2 days since the Maliwan Takedown patch it’s almost impossible to find someone. I tried to change region and mayhem level with no luck.

I’m playing on a PS4 Pro, ports are open on the router, 100% wifi signal, 200 mega fiber connection and everything is working correctly.
