I’ve been loving Miko during my time with the beta and I’d like to maybe suggest some tweaking to the healing beam. When I’m in critical moments trying to heal a teammate or just trying to make sure someone doesn’t get destroyed, I find that my beam gets interrupted by minions or it’ll just track to other teammates that simply pass by my beam. This is kind of frustrating at times because it breaks your connection with someone you’re trying to keep alive and it ends up costing a team member their life. I would just like not to be interrupted by small minions or other players when I’m trying to heal a specific player. The game is plenty fun and I’m still loving it so far.
Yes, some sort of lock-on feature should be implemented.
I agree, i run into some of the same issue with reyna and her shield gun. I will have my target locked on then someone at full health/shield will run in front and steal the overshield, which usually ends up in the initial target dying.
I totally agree with this. Healing in the heat of battle can be very frustrating with Miko and even Reyna. I feel like the tracking on the game could be a little better.
Being able to heal some NPC but not others is confusing. Mercenaries or buildables are really the only ones really worth healing but it doesn’t allow you to. That leaves those useless little bastards and M3 Shepherd which is OP anyway.
I suggest to just get rid of NPC healing all together. It will solve the Miko beam aiming issue, the Ambra sunspot being wasted issue and make healing much less frustrating.
