Ive been trying to farm boomer for the kerblaster and his unique grenade. But he wont spawn. The waves of scavs will, just like the mission. You kill a couple waves then they just stop spawning and boomer never spawns. I know this was one of the bosses made to respawn after that patch awhile back so I think its some glitch.
