Shortly after redeeming a huge bunch of shift codes, and redeeming their keys and skins in the Shift machine, my computer froze and needed to be reset. Now I don’t have any of those keys and skins and they are nowhere to be found.
Obviously I can’t redeem the codes again so is there any solution to this? Any way to contact support?

Nah, I already sent a ticket to support and they fixed it.
Nice work, quick answer. It’s nice when companies act that well.

Im glad they fixed it fast. Seems gearbox is pretty customer friendly
