Pretty sure this is a bug but with grizzled you get the cool down per kill and it seems whenever you have iron cub out and it blows up any earned cool down resets back to empty has this happened to anyone else?

That’s because technically if Iron Cub is active your action skill is not on cooldown. Once Iron Cub blows up or goes into Auto-Bear mode grizzled will work since your action skill is on cooldown.
