If you get thin red line to 100% shield of retribution doesnt activate and you die before the shield recharges. The skill is unusable in its current state and is currently a useless final skill.

I wondered if this was the case.
What they would need to do to fix is what folks in the Warframe community call ‘Shield Gating’ in that damage that breaks your shields (Even if it was only 1 point of shield) does NOT deal any damage to health.

I didn’t know if it was a bug or working as intended. A thread on Reddit said this is the expected behavior
