What is Rushin Offensive?
You shouldnât have a problem with any required jumping/mantling with any character on missions. If youâre not getting where you need to go, itâs almost certainly because thereâs another route there which doesnât require such a huge jump. What you may find helpful is going into the Accessibility options and turn on 'Mantle while pushing forward â (or however itâs worded.).
If that doesnât help, I suggest posting a screen shot of the specific point where youâre stuck, and hopefully someone can point you in a better direction.
Not sure that Rushinâ Offensive would affect jumps though?

It is a skill that Moze can get that allows her to shot her gun while sprinting. I believe it was stealthy patch at some point, there was a time where i could not make some long jumps that i could barely make with other characters.
