I can! But its not perfect since its no female character…but he got 4 flying swords and a rapier-like mainweapon.

I had a similar character in mind when i thought of Phoebe - Vergil from Devil May Cry… He has a set of flying phantom swords that are a projection of one of his swords called force edge… too bad his main weapon is not a rapier but a badass katana… and the phantom swords can be propelled just as Phoebe’s blade rush…
