My character is literally gone (lv 62 or 63 siren)

I was leveling up a siren I made and trying to Overlevel it when I was done with UVHM, and I opened the USB where it was saved and its gone, literally just gone, the backup file is there but not the main game save, Is there anyway I can retrieve my character

My Gamertag is Im Habs

rename the backup to save000X.sav. remove the .bak and bam.

do I need Modio? and or other types of mod services

stick it in a computer and show the file extensions. then change the extension.
