Any update on this? still impossible to do anything with loadouts or gear packs.
the support never answered me they gotta fix this asapā¦
Yeah something needs to be done about this asap. The credit reward loss is one thing but unable to access loadouts is annoying as hell.

Yeah, bug is still there. Itās really āfunā to explore new characters without the proper loadouts.

iāve obtained 4 new loot packs through leveling up but it only says i hear ā2ā. i hope when they fix this i get all the loot packesā¦
Iāve gotten chrono key, vigilance link and a few other nice legendaries and not been able to use any of them due to being locked out of loadouts.
Plus Iād cleared out most of them just before it happened so iāve only got two I can use, onceās all shield strength and skill damage and the other is just a random no cost MS one.
Mine also. At least I have saved up a lot of credits lol. Iāll be able to buy a bunch of packs once itās fixed. But this is annoying -.-

Any updates on this? Not being able to use loadout or open the now 50 packs I have waiting is getting really annoying.
I have the suspicion i may even have lost a few packs because after some character and command rank rewards i didnāt see the ānew thingsā number increase at the packs page.
I understand that it is weekend. But one of the main part of the game not working for days for some players is not something you would expect from a full priced product. Not to mention the game is fresh out of release and i know this is something thatās getting old but the gameās big competitor is just around the corner. I am not sure if you can let these kind of things happenā¦
Also i love how on the bottom right corner the message is like taunting me: āA badass community deserves a killer supportā

To be honest i am not mad about this isssue. I am sad. I want this game to become a thing.

Going to be pissed if Iāve lost packs, thereās the legendary one from hitting 100 plus at least six elite packs in there.
Hopefully they can see what you have been awarded and opened.
I lost packs as wellā¦ we need to be reimbursed for those missing packs since they tyoo lazy to fix it over the weekend.

Getting angry here isnāt going to make anything happen faster. Fixing stuff can take time, and gearbox donāt want this situation any more than you do.

I think we have every right to raise our voice in the matter because itās pretty much a gamebreaking bug. When people stay silent (everywhere not just in gaming world) the time it takes to solve customer problems going to be much higher.
