Hello so i have put 40 hours into borderlands 3 great game love it i read somewhere that you can get 900% xp if you play offline in mayhem mode so i turned off auto updates in the epic game store while my character was syncing to the cloud, i saw i could not launch the game so i closed out of the epic games store and when i tried to play my level 44 was gone when i click play and try to load a character i am left with a level 12 siren a level 1 Zane and a level 4 Zane. please help

Same problem.
50 hours played, all characters gone. Now i have level 6 Zane, wich I have not played before. And 2 new friends appeared, but i didn’t add their.
