I don’t know when this started, but at least since last night (11/20) I pick up ALL grenades even when full and “Refill Ammo” is always showing at Ammo Dumps, wanting me to buy grenades. Weird bug, but annoying to my OCD.

edit: Bug tied to a Class Mod with +to grenade capacity. Took off the mod, the problem went away but returned when re-equipped.
