5 Man PvE?
Sorry I’m out, I can handle the scaling for 3, maybe 4.
Anyways, in case that hasn’t been answered yet, you can do all of the story on normal hardcore for the trophy. I suggest not mixing Normal and Advanced Hardcore (besides looking for a chalkenge of course) because I’m not sure if the trophy will pop up if 7/8 Are Normal Hardcore and 1/8 is Advanced.
For the Experiment you should have at least one Kleese which sets up for Rifts where Antem / the Conservator spawn. This can speed up things a lot.

If you got free space in your party, I’m in. But I’m German and I hope it’s not a problem 4 u. Got Hs, time and fun to play in a 5 team group what knows how to play. Not as many other guys that are only 10 j or little older.
