Guys!
I need your help, i asume most of you know League of Legends. It has this great guide website “mobafire” and i’m hopeing something simular exists for Battleborn!
I’d really like to do some reading about gear builds and character guides when i’m not able to play.
For example i’m wondering if it’s better to take damage reduction gear or + max health or + shield gear…
If annybody knows some good theorycrafting websites, please let me know.

I’ve been saying that this game is heavily based on individual play style and what works for you. I don’t know about your skills, but I’ve found that if you aren’t excelling with that character, some gear or helix changes might work better. There are all these guys who claim they have the best builds and you should use it, but maybe it doesn’t work for you.

Reddit is the only place I know of for that otherwise, play with good people and ask.
The thing about this game is to find some characters you like and learn how to play with them. The only true way of doing that is just playing a bunch. I also try to figure out how I can affect a game outside of kills because the game is won/lost on minion kills, objectives, and buildables.
As for items, I tend to think in 3 different ways.

Never thought of the shard generation item… Great tip mate 
I always took three items for like attacking/ surviving but the shard gen. Gives some awesome building capabilaties
i can tell you the for sure, tried and tested, calculated best builds for the following characters. if any of them are characters you might like to reach next level play with and you can relate to, then just let me know and i will be specific.

obviously this is only about a third of the BB, but i can assure you they are the best in slot possible builds and choices
Im curious about el dragon, ive used him once (in pve to see how he plays) and i cant get pasted how squishy he is. I would think to combat that to just add health and sheld to his gear but then i only got one spot to focus on what hes good at.

Only thing is i dont realy main anny charracter, i just rotate them all when i get bored with them and turn back to them later. Thats why i’m looking for some build site so i can just read up on them all. Their pros and cons, tactics and gear choises
Gali probably has the best kit in the game. My tip with her is play with health regen because she gets mad damage bonus at full health. Most of the characters drastically change with helix mutations so getting them to lvl 12 makes them game changers. Personally, I cannot stand Whiskey. I hate the dahl like gun, but apparently, his mutations make him a game changer.
ED’s secret, is that he is almost an assassin. Don’t try and trade. ED is meant to front-load damage early in a fight and terrify people into running. Target your enemy healers first, and blast them down, then go for other DPS or the tank. Save Clothesline for when you need to bug out, and you’ll have a rinse-and-repeat cycle that is extremely difficult to stop.
with el dragon you want to use probably a blue max health piece that gives you bonus max health for staying alive 180 seconds. then you want preferably a purple attack speed gear that gives you bonus max health, and some stupid red negative in something that doesnt matter like reload speed or heal power. that way the cost is much lower. then you want a no cost shard gen so you can easily build to get levels and get your gear easy. be extremely passive until around 3. i can give you a helix build if you need it as well. he is without question the most viable assassin every level of play. he is often banned in private and tournament play because he is so strong at 5, 6, and 7.
i dont play her much, but her build is pretty obvious. you want the mutations at levels 1, 4, and 5. they are the most game breaking mutations in the game, with the exception of orendi’s level 10 mutation. so with gali you want to pick mutation at 1, the wound at 2, the right helix to give her ranged attack at 3, mutation at 4, mutation at 5, the left click for desecrate duration at 6, right click at 7 for more damage, left click at 8 for a slow on desecrate, i choose the left click for shield throw to do more damage at 9, but the other is also pretty decent to increase movement speed. the level 10 i choose the right click for full corruption. then you can actually use your ult offensively at times and come up with full insane attack speed on people. i should note that i do not have her last mutation and cant even remember what it is off the top of my head, but im pretty sure it doesnt change the choices i just listed.
as far as gear is concerned, i choose tons of attack speed everywhere i can get it. health regen on her is really great too. i personally choose not to use legendary gear in pvp because i play competitively and it isnt allowed, but her lore legendary is one of the best in the game.
