So someone is harassing me on Steam and telling me that they got 4 skins from Battleborn Tap and 14 free skins from SHIFT codes. The only skin I know comes from Battleborn Tap is the gold Orendi skin and that GBX has not released 14 skins with SHIFT codes. Who is right?

I can’t report because they havent called me names or anything but i feel like they won’t stop until I praise Battleborn like it’s the greatest thing on earth. This is the 3rd person that’s tried to “correct” my review by telling me how “wrong” I am and calling my a dictator.
Well unless you posted a picture of yourself and you look like Castro or Hitler I think you might be ok on the dictator part.
Secondly, it’s the internet. People are going to whine and complain, and think they are always right, if you don’t want to deal with those people ignore them, even if you show them proof that they are wrong they will still argue with you, because they get off on it.

Never heard of Ragnar. I did call the person out on their falsehoods. He considered the preorder skins (Miko, Thorn, etc) as coming from Tap and said that he has the gold skins of Boldur, Deande, Melka, Toby, and Galilea which means he’s lying, there are tournaments giving out gold skins that i dont know about (all i onow about is the Galilea “Apocalypse” skin) or he hacked the game.
Well, they are harassing you. That is illegal. Report them for harassing you.

I knew i was forgetting someone.
I have all of the available skins with the exception of the Deande and Caldarius skins from the latest batch of marketplace skins. The only one I got from Battleborn Tap was the gold Orendi skin. There were several skins awarded through a SHiFT code for the community beating a challenge in the open beta. There have been a few other skins released through SHiFT codes since then as well, but none of the ones you’ve mentioned. The only skin awarded from a tournament that I am aware of is the cyber skin for Galilea. There is another tournament tomorrow for PC which will have the cyber skin for Pendles I believe.

Erm… oops. I was checking real quick and I think the name of the skin is what might have got me. Yeah, his gold skin has a different name entirely. No gold in the name at all.
I’m not actually sure a gold skin for him has been released yet.
It hasn’t been now that I think about it. I was just checking really quick the other day and was tired after commentating a tournament that went longer than expected. Well, I was tired before I did that as I didn’t sleep well the night before. So mistakes were made.
Also, I was just scrolling down the Battleborn Twitter feed trying to remember where some of the other skins came from. It was the Alani gold skin and the Toby cyber skin that came out for Season Pass holders as a little something for all their patience while waiting for the Story Operations that are due to be released fairly soon if things stay on track. Oscar Mike’s gold skin and Rath’s cyber skin were released through a code. The Digital Deluxe bonuses were the cyber skins for Caldarius, Orendi, Phoebe, Miko and Oscar Mike. The Open Beta challenge were the gold skins for Shayne and Aurox, ISIC and Benedict. The gold Orendi skin was from Battleborn Tap. The pre-order bonus was the gold skins for Thorn, Reyna, Montana, Marquis and Rath.

You missed Ernest. They released his gold skin in the Ernest stream last thursday, but yea other than that you’re dead on.
The only skin through battleborn tap is orendi’s gold skin.
Why not just ignore him and stop feeding the troll? Is being right that important?
If ignoring isn’t an option, just tell him to send you a screen capture of the skins he’s gotten. If he can’t produce (which he shouldn’t be able to), just consider that a win and move on.
WHERE DID YOU GET THE GOLD AMBRA SKIN?!?!? I have been looking for that skin everywhere. I look for info on it every week and I can’t find anything besides the fact that it exists
