Guess I’m imagining things again
It went from 100% splash to 85% splash that it originally was. You wont really notice it.
Not all explosive weapons had splash altered
sword sploision owns. i have the fancy carnage. it only gets use when the splosion trajectory is a problem.
i use the ssplosion on surveyors with krieg. : )
