Only nerf he needs is a little less damage of passive my friend. Other than that he’s fine.
Yeah he needs a little nerf, he can deliver way too much dps in a very safe position, and sneaking him is rally hard, once he starts to take dmg he can run away really easily, sometimes I can even take down melee dps chars by meleeing them into the slow bubble and shooting them, kinda weird a sniper can take down assassins in close range.
