Nerf's for PVE games? Why? Boarderlands 3

So is it just me or Nerfing a PVP game is not needed. this is why i don’t ever by season pass. i don’t think i will, everything is so week, not bad still a great game. But man its a PVP game, who cares if things are over power.
Is it just me? or do people like Nerfs, don’t get it lol.

Honnestly most nerf where deserved, some build were wrecking everything and its hard to balance the game around it.

What’s utterly sad is that those nerf, as you said in a PVE game, came without the proper up of everything that’s too weak to be used, and debugging of what’s not working.
