New heads and skins with update

I didn’t know there were any new heads and all I know about the new skin(s) is this

Yeah, same here. I’d really like to get my hands on those Community Day heads and skins, but I don’t know how to find them. I’d imagine that they’re world drops and have a hopefully decent chance to drop from refuse piles and badass enemies, but that’s only a guess.

The update note said they were added as rare world drops, so they don’t have a designated source. Just open/check everything, because you never know when you’ll luck out.
